Spring is finally here!!!! On this beautiful spring day, we drove out to Buxton with 3 other families for a fishing trip. The farm had a special promotion in conjunction with the school holidays, that we get free entry into the farm.

We came prepared with sushi ingredients and made the freshest and most yummy sushi and also pengkang salmon with sambal balachan.
We had a wonderful day of great weather, company, fellowship and food.
