The school organised a Mothers' Day Tea for mummies of students from Prep to Year 2 (ie K2- Pri2). I was invited to tea at Jonas' class. There were activities for mummies to do with their kids. Jonas chose to do paper origami (one of his favourite activity)- he made a paper heart and I had to help him complete the flower.
The children also served the mummies scones with cream and jam, biscuits, cakes and of course tea & coffee.
Jayna had a good time in the class too making herself very comfortable. Here's a picture of her reading with Jonas and one of his classmate at the Reading Corner.
