Last week, Joel went away from 4-6 June 2007 for the Year 3 Camp at Mount Evelyn Recreational Campsite. This was his first trip away from home alone. He was very excited and had a really good time. However, Jayna missed her big Kor Kor and cried for him everyday.
She was really happy to see him when he came home on Wednesday.
After reaching home, Joel talked non-stop for 3 hours just telling us about all the activities he did at camp. Boy! was Jonas envious ! Now he can't wait for his turn to go to the Year 3 Camp next year.
On Monday, on our way home from Warantina Lavender Farm, we drove past Mt Evelyn so that Joel could show us the Campsite. He was of course very excited to show us everything. Unfortunately, we couldn't enter the Camp site.
