Chicken Rice
We had chicken rice for dinner today. Mummy found the Chicken Rice mix at the Asian Grocer at Mt Dandy market. It taste like what we used to eat at home in S'pore. Yum Yum! =P
Try this chicken rice recipe without the mix .. Boil whole chicken with ginger, garlic, and some chicken bones. (rinse chicken in cold water when cooked) Gently fry garlic and ginger, then add the washed rice grains. Transfer to rice cooker, add chicken stock and pandan leaves.
