This evening, the Phoon family invited us to celebrate Singapore 42nd birthday at their home. We had a great evening of food & fellowship with 5 S'porean families. There was a yummy spread of S'pore food: different types of fried noodles, different types of curry, sayeur lodeh, roti prata, kaya toast, braised pork in black sauce (tau yew bak), Otah & Kaya Toast. 
There was also screening of the National Day parade, the movie "Just Follow Law"and of course who can forget..... Singapore Songs!
